Getting Started
Project Insight is the AI Project Workforce for Industrial Enterprises. It is built to manage complex portfolios with detailed scheduling tools, Earned Value analysis, and generative AI PMO agents.
1Create Your Account
Sign up via email or Google. If you are joining an existing organization, ensure you use your corporate email address to automatically inherit organization-wide projects.
2Define Your Profile
Fill in your display name, set your profile image, and define your weekly hours capacity (default is 48 hours) to ensure resource histograms calculate overallocation accurately.
Adding Your First Project
Navigate to the projects dashboard and click Create Project. Specify details including project name, starting date, target delivery date, budget allocation, and the assigned manager.
Strategic Alignment: Make sure to link your project to strategic business objectives during setup so that the AI evaluates portoflio metrics accurately.
