By using Project Insights, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Acceptable Use
Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and registering projects. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials. Misuse of the platform for illegal, discriminatory, or harmful project tracking is expressly prohibited.
2. Project and Task Management
While Project Insights provides advanced scheduling tools like CPM and PERT, we do not guarantee the completion of projects as scheduled. These tools are analytical aids based on user input. We are not liable for any real-world project delays, financial losses, or resource misallocations resulting from the use of our platform.
3. AI Insights and Reports
AI-generated summaries, bottleneck predictions, and reports are produced by Large Language Models (LLMs). These outputs are experimental and should be verified for accuracy by a human Project Manager or Owner before being shared with stakeholders.
4. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but provide the service "as is." Project Insights is not responsible for data loss due to unexpected server failures, internet outages, or browser issues.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behavior deemed harmful to the community or platform's integrity.
